Maria Riga

Born in August 31, 2000, she was raised in Nafpaktos. In 2017 she took classical drawing lessons in Patras and in 2018 she started studying Fine Arts in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The materials she uses are mostly oil colors and watercolors. The movement of magic realism is dominating in her artworks, which are inspired by elements of fairytales combined with history. Action (2021- 2019) Participation in Art Hub Athens' project "Sketchbook 4 Human Rights", along with 49 other Greek Artists. Creation of the project "A walk through History" Participation in group exhibition called "META-FYSIS", along with two other artists in Kavala.
