Sketchbook 4 Human Rights Project
#Sketchbook4HumanRights is the world’s first project that creates a library of sketchbooks by artists, based and inspired by Human Rights and the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), aspiring to strengthen cohesion and community relations with vulnerable social groups.
Participating artists contribute to a mass movement, which will not only be characterized by the material part of a world collection and possibly physical exhibitions, but will be supplemented and reinforced through workshops, in order of transmitting knowledge and ideas for a sustainable future.

Target
The main goal of # Sketchbook4HumanRights is to stimulate artists on engaging, exploring and producing remarkable work that will represent the fundamental reasons of Human Rights in our daily lives. In particular, to defend and ensure their existence as a necessary way of protecting marginalized, vulnerable and in time of need social groups; creating a think tank and the proper friction between creators and wider audiences.
Siding with Visual Arts – as a commonly accepted language of communication, ART HUB Athens aspires to convert sketchbook, in a reference point of productive legacy, of activism and support for vulnerable groups, strengthening the whole effort of awareness for society’s future.
In general ART HUB Athens aims the following five factors: Individuals, Communities, Arts, Politics and Knowledge, as communicating vessels that are capable of narrowing the gap between Art and society, in terms of transmitting values and the impact they owe to have on basic human rights
Project Accumulation
One of the goals of #Sketchbook4HumanRights is the timelessness of the whole effort, and not just one presentation. For these reasons, they will be exposed to individual events and future workshops of our organization, and wherever they can have substantial impact.
Artist details will be publicly accessible on the internet, to inform and further raise public awareness. In addition, and because of the universality of its objectives, will often be used in online campaigns, in the English language.
